Sole letting agency commission fee

50% of the first months rent plus VAT (minimum fee of £350 plus VAT)

If you require us to LET and MANAGE the property, the sole let fee will be replaced with the following:

Set up cost of £250 plus VAT and 8% plus VAT of the monthly rental thereafter

If you require us to re-let the property after the tenancy terminates, our fee will be £250 plus VAT.

If you require us to EXTEND a current tenancy our fee will be £100 plus VAT
